  2. Well Katie you make me blush … Thank you so much for the award! I’ll try for 7 beautiful things about myself but that might be tricky. Until then I’ll inspire myself with this polenta and poached egg ahhhhhhhh love it.

  4. Yes I do. I’ve tried to like oozy yolks. Really, I have. The time that I really really tried was when we were served a cepe omelette in a small French town. I was devastated to have the gag reflex set in so I couldn’t enjoy the cepes at all. WHAT a waste. (And of course, we knew it would be suicide to send the plate back to the kitchen to have the eggs cooked more….)
    As for poached, hmmm, you’re right. It has been eons since I tried a poached egg.
    But asparagus dipped into Hollandaise sauce… THAT’S a different story. Those kind of oozy buttery lemony yolks are excellent!
