Why not?
The Bread Baking Babes are up for anything!
This month's host kitchen, Elizabeth of blog from OUR kitchen, chose another yummy bread from Portugal: Broa.
It's made with white cornmeal, corn flour, whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour… And a hint of honey.
Doesn't that sound delicious?
She has the complete recipe and instructions – both for the bread and for becoming a Buddy on her blog, as well as the story of her quest to find the recipe. (I can't believe she just didn't go to school, learn Portuguese and ask her local Portuguese baker! Some people just never take the easy way, do they?)

Well. Don’t I feel like an idiot now? Of course I should have taken a crash course in Portuguese to save myself all that grief!
Elizabeth, I don’t know why you didn’t think of it…. must have been too involved searching for flour
