  1. Ah, Katie I love that you make us look so good!
    What strikes me here this time around is that while the breads look more like each other than usual perhaps – I say that’s because the shaping technique is really straight forward – absolutely none of these breads are alike. Oooo, dare I say it: these loaves are like people, they are all alike and all so very different.

    Baking Soda, but it’s a good thing that it gets eaten so fast there’s no time for pics. LOL
