At first reading I thought Carrot Bread????
I mean, usually breads that have vegetables in them (zucchini bread, pumpkin bread) are made with baking soda, not yeast, and stirred, not kneaded.
But Heather, of girlichef, our host kitchen this month had other ideas..
To quote her: “I chose a doozy.”
This Carrot Bread has 3 types of flour, 2 different seeds, 1 herb and…..
It has yeast and is kneaded.
