When we moved to Ireland one of the ads we saw on the TV was for Hovis bread. If one believed the ads, it was the best things since, well, sliced bread.
I haven’t heard the name ‘Hovis’ since we left….. Until today.
And, thanks to Amazon, apparently one can duplicate Hovis bread in the US.
One could also try sprouting your own wheat berries, going o a brewery in search of malt, and any number of other endeavors….
Tanna wanted to encourage the Babes to be creative.
And to play in the sandbox.
You can get the details from Tanna, of My Kitchen in Half Cups and our host kitchen this month. She also has the recipe and the scoop on being a Bread Baking Buddy..
Come on… Play with us and make this wonderful bread.
