  2. I love it when the flowers do that in the light! It’s amazingly wonderful, isn’t it?

    ….asparagus season, j’adore asparagus season! On Monday, we got the beginnings of the Ontario asparagus harvest from our local farmers’ market. It was fabulous!! To celebrate, we served it with Hollandaise sauce. Because we’re gluttons.

    But there is still a little left and we must try stir-fried asparagus with green garlic (if I dare to steal some of the garlic leaves from the garden garlic that has only recently started growing).

  3. Floor – just beautiful. I bet the tree was gorgeous looking at it live. I never get photos to take well.

    I have green garlic! We have a door to door organics company that will deliver so I’ve been buying a bit from them every two weeks and this past week, they had green garlic! So I am buying asparagus tomorrow on the way home and making this for dinner. It looks wonderful.
