I do love alliteration!
I also love beans.
I just never thought of putting them in the bread before….
Why not?
Kelly, of A Messy Kitchen, and our host kitchen for the month, thought it was a great idea.
So did the Babes…..
Velvety Bean Bread was a hit with them all.
As usual, directions were considered a starting point.
The beans, flour, herbs, etc. used were totally dependent on the mood / whims of the Babe baking.
To find out who did what have a look at the blogs below.
To join in the fun and be a Bread Baking Buddy this month check out A Messy Kitchen for the details, the main recipe, and instructions.
It’s an easy bread and freezes well….
Just mind the slashing.
And that’s it for the Babes in July….

I LOVE alliteration! How brilliant that the Bread Baking Babes broject this bonth behaved so beautifully to brovide that title. {snort}
Many thanks for displaying all the BBBabes’ bean breads in all their glory here. It is so lovely to see them together.
Here’s the link to Judy’s BBB: Velvety Bean Bread…. (the link above goes to Judy’s Kaak)
Thanks again as always! I did skip the slashing!
Alliteration is amazing, even as amazing as bean bread. Amazing how we can all bake and get the same but different bread. Always good though.
Get the pastry mat, you’ll love it.
Elizabeth, I was corrected – I should have said ‘I adore alliteration’ lol Brave Babe! Fixed my error – thanks. All the breads looked so different this month
Karen, rumor had that the slashing could be fatal….
Tanna, it’s on my Amazon wish list… I have free shipping this month, so…. Thanks
