I had boneless chops that were about 3/4″ (1.5cm) thick. They were tender, but not falling apart. Our preference is falling apart so next time I will add 2 minutes to the cooking time.
If your chops are thicker or thinner you may want to adjust the time by a few minutes.
The time does not include coming up to pressure or releasing pressure. Total time was about 35 minutes
