I don’t often have people offer recipes for me to post so when I got this I was intrigued.

I really like the Sesame Noodles (I love noodles) and the Spinach Carbonara.

I could do something with the Fish Taco Bowl.

Her writing style is very different from mine – but I rather like it.

Crispy Fish Taco Bowls


  1. 1 pound white fish
  2. ½ cup mayonnaise
  3. ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  4. ¼ cup sour cream
  5. Two tablespoons of adobo sauce
  6. Two tablespoons of lime juice
  7. Speck of salt plus 1/4 teaspoon
  8. ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  9. 2 cups boiled brown rice
  10. 2 cups slivered cabbage
  11. 1 cup thinly scored radishes
  12. Untouched cilantro for garnish


Step 1: The preliminary stage is to heat the oven for your perfect cooking. Next, you have to place a wire rack on a baking sheet. You can even count on some cooking spray to avoid inconveniences.

Step 2: The next step is to add ¼ cup of mayonnaise to the fish. Roll the fish in a dish with panko. After this, place your coated fish on the rack. Bake the fish till you find it crispy. The ideal cooking time is 8 to 12 minutes.

Step 3: Subsequently, mix your mayonnaise, sour cream, adobo sauce, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.

Pea and spinach carbonara


  1. 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  2. ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  3. One smallish clove of garlic
  4. Eight tablespoons of ground Parmesan cheese
  5. Three tablespoons finely diced fresh parsley
  6. Three enormous egg yolks
  7. One gigantic egg
  8. ½ teaspoon pepper
  9. ¼ teaspoon salt
  10. 1 package new tagliatelle or linguine
  11. 8 cups of baby spinach
  12. 1 cup peas


Step 1: Heat 10 cups of water in a pan.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and overheat. The next step is to add breadcrumbs and garlic. Stir the mixture till you find it roasted. The next step is to transfer it to a small bowl and add two tablespoons of Parmesan and parsley. The ideal time will be about 2 minutes.

Step 3: The next step is to whisk six tablespoons of Parmesan, egg yolks, egg, pepper, and salt in a bowl.

Step 4: The next step is to boil your pasta and stir it for about 1 minute. Add spinach and peas and stir it for about a minute. Take out the cooked pasta and remove excess water.

Step 5: Whisk water into the egg mixture and add your cooked pasta. Your perfect Carbonara is ready to make your dinner the best meal of your day.

Chickpea curry


  1. One medium serrano pepper
  2. Four big cloves of garlic
  3. One 2-inch piece of reenergized ginger
  4. One medium yellow onion
  5. Six tablespoons of canola oil or grapeseed oil
  6. Two teaspoons of ground coriander
  7. Two teaspoons of ground cumin
  8. ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  9. ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  10. Two 15-ounce cans of chickpeas
  11. Mint cilantro for garnish


Step 1: The first step is to mix serrano, garlic, and ginger in a mixture. Add onion into the mixture and pulse until you get a slurry.

Step 2: Boil oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add coriander, cumin, and turmeric and heat it again for about 2 minutes. The next step is adding onion and cooking all the ingredients for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 3: The next step is to pulse tomatoes in a mixture until you get a slurry. Add it to the pan with some salt. Stir the mixture for about 4 minutes and reduce the heat for a perfect taste. Add chickpeas and cook and stir for 5 minutes. Your chickpea curry is ready.

Sesame noodles with chicken

  1. 8 ounces whole-wheat spaghetti
  2. Three tablespoons of sesame oil
  3. Two scallions
  4. One tablespoon of chopped garlic
  5. Two teaspoons of diced fresh ginger
  6. One teaspoon of brown sugar
  7. Two tablespoons of soy sauce
  8. Two tablespoons ketchup
  9. 8 ounces cooked chicken breast
  10. 1 cup julienned carrots
  11. 1 cup slivered snap peas
  12. Three tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds


Step 1: The first step is to cook spaghetti as per the directions on the package. Drain, rinse, and transfer the same to a large bowl.

Step 2: Add sesame oil, scallions, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat and cook for 15-20 seconds. Then remove it from the heat and mix after adding soya sauce and ketchup. Lastly, add chicken, carrots, snap peas, and sesame seeds to the noodles. Your tasty noodles are ready.

CBD pancake

  6. The next step is to whisk the batter thoroughly to avoid lumps.
  7. Add some coconut oil and butter to a large pan and place the pan on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Take out some batter and pour it into the pan.
  9. The next step is to swirl the pan to get an even layer.
  10. Once you do it, you have to bake the pancake for about 30 seconds.
  11. Use a palette knife to lift the pancakes.
  12. Transfer your CBD-packed pancake to a serving plate.
  13. Decorate, dress, and enjoy your pancake however you want.
