December. Holiday cooking, before & after.
The theme for Monday posts in December is…. Sides
I always spend time thinking about the main course then have a bit of panic about the rest of the dinner.
Of course there is always the usual stand-by: potatoes.
When I was a child 6 meals out of 7 had boiled potatoes. It took me years, no, decades, before I would willing eat a boiled potato.
This month will be Interesting Sides…. No potatoes.
