It’s that strange time of year for the weather. We have 3 days of warm, summer days followed by a week of cold, rainy fall days.
The forecasts are only occasionally accurate and it can change quickly, usually for the worse.
We plan on cooking outdoors on the grill and suddenly it’s windy and rainy.
Or the reverse.
That’s what keeps life interesting… And cooking creative!
