We’ve been eating a lot of turkey cutlets lately.
I haven’t been in the mood to spend time in the kitchen and and they cook in minutes.
We always have to-do lists that are miles long when the weather starts warming up so it’s nice to have an easy dinner with minimum fuss.
Especially one that is delicious. We had this with Basmati rice (15 minutes) and broccoli (10 minutes).

Substitute sour cream for the yogurt.

We’ve also had Turkey Cutlets with Lemon, Honey, & Mustard
Even though we have never-ending spring work at the moment – it’s nice to be out in the sunshine.
