Everything I make seems to be orange lately….
It’s either butternut squash, pumpkin, or a tomato sauce, which should be red, but then I add yogurt and paprika or, in this case, horseradish, and it turns orange.
For the curious…. this is what it really looked like. There might have been an orange tomato in there, too….

Horseradish was one of the few things that I couldn’t find after we moved to this side of the pond.
Eventually I found it in the ‘British aisle’ in the larger supermarkets.

We’re expanding our fish repertoire.
Mon mari‘s caveat is ‘No bones’.
We eat a lot of salmon… But, sometimes, a little variety is nice.
I get the ‘back’ of cod. It has no bones.
We’re both happy.
Best part – it’s ready in 15 minutes!
