A simple dollop of pesto sauce is a great accompaniment to grilled fish.

Almost Traditional Home-Made Pesto….
Traditionally, pesto would be made with a mortar and pestle.
I used a blender.
But the ingredients are traditional and in the traditional proportions.
I didn’t use spinach or walnuts or canola oil or chard or cilantro or any of the other things that many cooks use so creatively.

Doctors are supposed to have a 'good bedside manner.'
I think that means they are supposed to be pleasant, concerned, helpful, kind and caring.
American doctors (or so the TV shows lead me to believe) receive some, albeit cursory, training in 'beside manner'.
French doctors don't bother.
