This was the first dish I made when I started learning about the foods of Morocco.
It’s still one of our favorites.
I find it interesting that almost every cuisine that uses a bit of spice and lots of tomatoes has a dish that combines the two with eggs: Mexico’s huevos rancheros, Basque eggs piperade,…
We love them all – … Continue reading.....
This isn’t really about the recipe….
It’s just a simple salad.
It’s about poaching the eggs.
Poaching eggs isn’t at all difficult: heat water to boiling, drop in the eggs and wait.

COEGGULANT (ko eg' yu lent)n. The white things in a plate of scrambled eggs.
MUSQUIRT (mus' kwirt)n. The water that comes out

Occasionally, I run across little tidbits on the internet that I deem worth sharing.
These are usually things that tickle my, often snarky, sense of humor.
Or confirm a feeling of superior self-righteousness.
These are usually things that neither mon mari or the dogs find the least bit humorous.
The following are my favorites from the "Top 10 Internet Rules … Continue reading.....
